Robert Brennan – Director
With more than 15 years experience with KPMG combined with over a decade of consultancy based client management experience, Rob is able to provide our clients with a range of high level advisory and operational implementation services to the hospitality industry including corporate recovery, amalgamations and mergers, due diligence, feasibility studies, financial restructuring, performance improvement and forensic accounts.
   
  Toni Clarke – Director
Toni delivers a blend of operational experience with management expertise and a sound knowledge of successful hospitality operations both in Australia and abroad. She has held senior management positions in Food & Beverage, and operations in a diverse range of restaurants, hotels and clubs. Toni’s commitment to the industry ensures she remains in touch with the latest consumer trends in food and beverage and this, combined with her broad experience, has resulted in specialist skills in the development of Food & Beverage concepts.
   
  Jo Cahill – Director
Jo worked within the accounting profession for 9 years providing a broad range of taxation and financial consulting services to clients within the banking and finance, property and investment and insurance industries.  Following this, Jo spent 7 years as the Group Taxation Manager of a medium sized UK based insurance group.  Jo gives to the team a wide range of practical experience within the commercial environment.
   
  Kristen Gower – Manager and Human Resource specialist
Kristen has indepth experience in Human Resources specialising in the club industry for over ten years. Kristen’s strengths are her ability to review, document and implement employee related systems and procedures, to ensure compliance with the legislative demands of the working environment, and maximise employee skills to meet the Club’s strategic aims.
   
  Claire Hooper – Manager and Catering Business Development specialist
Claire has a solid background gained over 20 years in hospitality and institutional management operations. Her demonstrated track record lies in leading teams through a range of operational projects across Federal Government and private sector, providing support and working solutions to challenging issues. Claire’s speciality in project management incorporates tender documentation, transitioning services, recruitment, Food Safety & HACCP development and implementation.
   
  Amanda Bray – Manager and Accountancy specialist
Amanda’s work within the accounting profession over the past 16 years, has delivered an extensive range of services to commercial enterprise, pharmaceutical, hospitality, registered clubs and aged care. Her strengths include analytical skills, financial performance analysis, preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts, complex reconciliations and researching the implications of external legislation to ensure compliance within the working environment.
   
  Lynn Iacona – MYOB specialist
As a MYOB specialist, Lynn has a wealth of experience dealing with a range of clients. Whilst Lynn’s experience has been predominantly in the banking industry, she is able to capably interpret regulatory requirements into operational processes across a range of small to medium business with a specialisation in the hospitality arena.
