She has held senior management positions in Food & Beverage, and operations in a diverse range of restaurants, hotels and clubs. Toni’s commitment to the industry ensures she remains in touch with the latest consumer trends in food and beverage and this, combined with her broad experience, has resulted in specialist skills in the development of Food & Beverage concepts. |

Jo worked within the accounting profession for 9 years providing a broad range of taxation and financial consulting services to clients within the banking and finance, property and investment and insurance industries. Following this, Jo spent 7 years as the Group Taxation Manager of a medium sized UK based insurance group. Jo gives to the team a wide range of practical experience within the commercial environment. |
